hey yeah guys im realy up for starting all these groups up and i am happy to continue running the weekend runs but i need to find a time slot that is good to be able to run in .....

im working on finding some time on the calendar to scedual raids that arnt at too awquard times for any ppl

Mikdeath - Melee dps, 5499 gs

Mikata - Pally tank, 5049 gs

Shammy isn't close to ready yet. 31?? gs and climbing, so he's under construction.



Mike, maybe we should switch Mikdeath to my main ?? Lemme know if it's ok.



Week-ends are better for my connection issues but I'm willing to put these guys in 2 groups and try my luck with the connection.

If everyone else can tolerate it, I'll be there.

Oh yeah, I'd prefer if Mikata only tanks ALL-GUILD runs, thank you.

I am trying to put together a mid-week, evening, and weekend ICC-10 man groups. Anyone interested please respond to this post. Please be aware that I am not trying to single anyone out but if you aren't properly geared for it please do not respond. Once we learn the fights and are able to clear without any trouble I will be subbing people out to get others in.



SCHEDULES

Mid-week schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Start Time: 8:00pm Server



Evening schedule: To be determined.



Weekend schedule: To be determined.





We are going to need the following:



5 dps: must have one rogue 3-4 ranged. No less then 3 ranged.

2 tanks

3 healers (total) 1 healer must be OS dps to heal only when needed.[/size]



EVERYONE is expected to go to tankspot or whatever site they prefer to research the fights. Scott (Vyygo) has been nice enough to upload the videos to our site they can be found HERE



There are a few requires to join this group:



1. Must be properly geared.

2. Must be on vent. (Doesn't matter if you can talk or not. You don't need a headset to be able to listen.)

3. Deadly Boss Mods.

4. Omen Threat Meter.

5. Look up the fights. (It makes it a lot easier if everyone learns the fights not just the Raid Leader.)



6. Minimum Gearscore: 4800 (I will go higher if things don't work out. According to Gearscore mod it is 4900 but I am trying to be fair.)

7. DPS: 3500 minimum (5-mans) This should be around 5k in raid

8. Healing: 2500 minimum

9. Tanks: HP= 40k minimum raid buffed.



We need one more dedicated healer with off-spec DPS.

STANDBY'S PLEASE BE ON AND READY TO GO JUST IN CASE SOMEONE DOESN'T SHOW UP ON TIME. ANYONE NOT AT THE INSTANCE 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO SCHEDULED START TIME WILL BE REPLACED BY AN AVAILABLE STANDBY. I WILL ALSO SWITCH THAT PLAYER TO THE STANDBY LIST AND THE STANDBY GETS THE SPOT.



Please be aware that if you can't make a run you will be replaced unless you let the raid leader know in advance. Those that do not show and give no notice will be changed to standby list.
